Welcome to the Reading the Bible (Drama Bible) APP! Reading the Bible brings the church back to the tradition of believers reading the Bible together and listening to God's words. The common reading of the Bible by believers is the foundation of the life of God's people in the Old Testament and New Testament, reminding believers to remember God's deeds and their identity as God's people. This practice can be seen everywhere in the Bible, from the reading of the law in the time of Moses, the reformation of King Josiah, and the restoration of the people of Israel by Ezra.
In the time of Jesus, an important part of Jewish life was the reading of the Law and the Prophets aloud in the synagogue. The early Christians also kept up the tradition of reading aloud the letters of the apostle Paul in their meetings. The apostle Paul himself attached great importance to the reading of the Bible. He taught everyone in 1 Timothy 4:13: "Consider reading, exhorting, and teaching until I come." Now, you can share with your

When you are ready to start your own Bible reading group, it is best to have a paper Bible , for participants to read.
Please discuss with your co-workers, choose a 20-minute, 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute reading plan, and it only takes 100 hours to listen to the entire Bible.
Contents of each reading: Two psalms as opening and closing prayers, one verse from the Old Testament, and one verse from the New Testament. If you use the 45-minute and 60-minute Bible reading plans, you can read the Old Testament once and the New Testament twice within two and a half years.
We recommend taking short pauses between readings so that everyone can reflect on what they have heard in prayer, and there are marked places for pauses in each unit.
Each unit has a Bible project video that you can selectively play. The videos provide background information, such as narrative structure, themes, and history, that are entertaining and accessible, and can help the congregation deepen their understanding of the scriptures.
At the end of the meeting, thank everyone for coming and encourage continued participation, optional discussion sessions, and most importantly, listening to God's word together.
