Agenda Fácil - Prefeitura SP 5.3

The Easy Agenda is an application launched by the City of São Paulo and aims to make life easier for the citizen.
With it you can:

• Update your contact details;
• View the results of exams carried out in municipal laboratories;
• Make appointments at your basic health unit (UBS);
• Check queued orders and schedule;
• Confirm pre-scheduled appointments and specialized exams;
• Cancel or reschedule appointments;
• View the results of exams carried out in the laboratories of the municipal network.

To register with Agenda Fácil, it is necessary to withdraw the authorization code from the reference UBS, which will be used only for the first access. With this code, user information is validated, preventing fraud.
