You will only have to follow the menu for each week consisting of 3 to 4 meals per day (breakfasts, lunches, dinners and possibly snacks).
You have the option of exchanging one recipe with another if you don't like the recipe suggested.

You will have direct access to Clémence for nutrition and Romain for sport.
Every Wednesday evening, a live question and answer session will be organized to support you.
You will join the support group dedicated to the program on Facebook, reserved for all participants.
AN OPTIONAL SPORTS PROGRAM
To optimize your weight loss, you will have the opportunity to follow a complete sports program with Romain.
Suitable for all levels, this program does not require any equipment.
You will only need to allocate 1 hour per week to it!
