After starting the application, you decide whether you plan to buy or rent and specify the type of property. If you change your mind, you can easily start a new search in the same way.
We understand that you can have specific space requirements and a limited budget, which is why we help you narrow down the list of results - so that it complies with your preferences. You still have to choose the area in which you want to live: simply enter a fragment of the name of the city, neighborhood or street you are interested in, and the application will tell you the name. If you do not like to write on your phone, you can also choose a city from the list, or even narrow down your selection to several neighborhoods you are interested in. And if you do not know the city districts, but you know that you want to live close to a specific address, indicate the address on the map, setting the maximum distance in which you will be looking.
We know from experience that choosing a flat is a serious decision, which usually lasts in time. Therefore, after presenting the list of results, we provide you with a number of useful tools to help you search for offers. The presented ads are initially divided into primary and secondary market. You can also view the list of investments currently being implemented by developers. If there are too many ads, and you already have specific expectations, you can define additional criteria thanks to the filters. Are you only interested in changing the search location? Easy, without losing defined criteria, you can look in a completely different city or district.
When the list you received meets your expectations, click "Watch." The application will save your criteria, they will be quickly available in the side menu of the application and on the gratka.pl website after logging in. You can define several lists in this way and monitor offers from different areas. If you agree, the application will inform you about new ads that may be of interest to you.
To find out more about the property you have selected, click on the item in the list. On the ads screen you can view real estate photos and learn about it much more. In addition, thanks to the "neighborhood" tab, you will find out how far you will have to the store or the center and see what is nearby on the map. If any property falls into your eye, click on the star and it will be added to your favorites. Thanks to this, you can quickly show your property to your family and friends. You can also make an advertisement available to them via Facebook or send a list of your favorite offers by e-mail.
In addition, based on the offers you liked, the application will prepare for you a list of similar offers that may appeal to you. To see them, go to the side menu, there you will always find all your lists. You can also start searching again from this point.
