Members who will log in for the first time must follow the instructions in the Forgot My Password step, create a password and then securely log in with the verification code sent to your FaceID, PasswordCiz or GSM number from the login preferences.
Through our mobile application, you can view our Foundation's contracted health institutions closest to your location on the map, get directions, and call them directly by accessing their phone numbers. You can rate your experience at the healthcare institution you receive service by giving stars.
You can also access the E-Foundation, Ask the Foundation, Official Document Request, Work and Pension Information, Health Services, Legislation and Forms menus on our website through our mobile application.
