Are you not able to go to the movies anymore? Then you can cancel your order before the start via your Mijn Pathé account. Open your ticket, click on "I want to return my tickets" and choose a reason. The amount of money will be refunded within three working days.

With this update, the Pathé App for Samsung smartwatches is working again! An issue with remembering your favorite cinema has also been resolved, the app has been improved for Android Q and the Kids and Specials & Events pages have been made more relevant.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few problems logging in since the previous version. We have been busy solving that for you. If a problem is still found now, the app will log you out one time. After you log in again it is resolved. You can also log out / log in yourself, delete the app cache or reinstall the app.
