With this update, more types of permissions are supported and we collect more feedback from our travelers. With your feedback, we can tailor our services even better to your wishes.
We have added two new functions. If you are in the hospital and your appointment runs late, you can now reschedule the ride up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We will then inform the driver that you will be running late.
It may happen that the driver is already at the hospital to pick you up, but cannot find you. From now on you can send a message to the driver via the app and describe where you are. The driver will then pick you up at the specified location.
We continuously strive to provide the best possible service for our customers and users. That is why we regularly update the app.
We spannen ons continu in voor een zo goed mogelijke service voor onze klanten. Daarom doen we geregeld updates aan de app.
Dit keer hebben we toegevoegd dat u vanuit de app uw actieve rit kunt delen met anderen, ook wanneer deze personen zelf geen PAXX-account hebben. Zo kan bijvoorbeeld een vriend of familielid volgen waar u bent. Handig!
Daarnaast kunt u vanaf nu ook uw PAXX-account verwijderen vanuit de app, mocht u geen gebruik meer willen maken van de app.
