Your smartphone or your tablet will accompany you all the time to validate your exercise. By 1, by 5, by 10, choose your rhythm, your place and let encourage you by yourself!
The principle is the following one:
1. Put your smartphone or tablet on the ground
2. Press on Go!
3. Make a pump by affecting(touching) your "device" (with the tip of the nose for example) every time
4. It is counted, registered chain the spontaneous exercises!
