REQUIREMENTS
- Exact Synergy Enterprise Product Update 252 (latest version update) and above. Some functionality is added in combination with higher product updates. More information about new functionality can be found in the 'What's new' in the settings of the App.

IMPORTANT! We want to inform you that this is the last update of the Exact Expenses app. This app will be discontinued and removed from the store soon. But don't worry, you will still be able to use the Expenses functionality with the Exact Synergy app. If you haven't installed that yet, please do and enjoy all the extra functionality!
We made it possible to save a file from your device (for example in an email) to Synergy via an expense claim. The notifications system in the App is improved with this version. If the app is open, you will get the notification on top of the screen to inform you and you can see the list of notifications via the 'bell' icon in the menu (next to the settings icon). In a Synergy environment using WAAD, documents and attachments are now opened correctly.
To make the login as easy as possible, we’ve included a QR code scanner in the app. As of Exact Synergy Enterprise 262, you can generate a QR code in Synergy (under the mobile tab in your preferences). With this QR code, the correct URL and your username will be prefilled and you only need to enter your password. With this new version, using the QR scanner, you can now also connect to a Synergy environment (as of version 262) using Federated Identity (Auth0 or WAAD).
We've changed the way the amount in the expense claim is entered because on some devices, it was not possible to enter decimals. Besides that, we further improved uploading a photo in the expense claim.
On some Android devices it was not possible to take a picture in the App. This has been solved.
