The mediFIT Trainer is an application developed by Technogym to make your training experience more personal, exciting and effective. It helps you to improve your training by having access to your data anytime, anywhere.
Start training with the mediFIT Trainer, collect MOVEs (the Technogym unit, to measure the movements) and become more active every day. For example, a run of about 10 minutes in low intensity is equivalent to about 120 MOVEs.
The quickest and easiest way is to collect the MOVEs directly on the Technogym devices. Log in to the devices with your account and work out with the best training programs. With the app you can directly view your training program, the details of the exercises and videos. Results are automatically saved during your training session.

MOTIVATION BY CHALLENGE:
Join the CHALLENGE module in a variety of competitions organized by your mediFIT Fitness Club. Compete with others and climb to the top of the leaderboard.
PERSONALIZATION:
To personalize your training experience, use the mediFIT Trainer to log in to the Technogym UNITYTM devices and create a personalized training. For your entertainment, you can choose your favorite websites and TV programs, your Facebook and Twitter friends and entertaining games.
