The BCD app is a product of MOVING CENTER. Sport with the BCD app, collect MOVEs and you will be stimulated to move more. MOVEs measure movement; every move you make generates MOVEs. An example: 10 minutes of low intensity running generates about 200 MOVEs. Because the calculation of MOVEs does not look at body weight, you can compare your level of movement better with that of your friends.
The easiest way to collect MOVEs is to go to MOVE CENTER. Sport with a customized personal fitness program and your TGS key automatically registers your MOVEs. Group lessons or other activities can be registered manually. You can also synchronize the BCD app with other sports and lifestyle apps such as Apple Health, Runkeeper, Fitbit, MyMapFitness, Polar and Strava.

With the BCD app you can also cancel your reservation for a group lesson. Do you want to catch up on a group lesson? You can also register for the lesson in question via the BCD app.
