Since May 1992 on the market, 93 FM has been bringing the best of contemporary Christian music. The radio came on the air at midnight on May 25 and over the years was consolidating in the gospel segment. In 1994, the station changed its address. It passed from Rua dos Artistas, in Vila Isabel, to Rua Gotemburgo, São Cristóvão. In 1997 the radio reformulated its transmission system and became one of the pioneers in the digital system. In 20 years, events of great public mobilization became successes and consolidated like a brand of the transmitter. We perform Canta Brasil, Rio and Zona Sul (bringing together hundreds of thousands of people); Louvorzão; Gospel Sound; and broadcasts, live, direct from the Book Biennial, Marches for Jesus and special programs held outside the studio. According to IBOPE consolidated data, 93FM is among the 5 most listened radios in Rio, reaching 1st place at specific times in recent years. An audience that grows every day, and that has gained reinforcement with the repeater antenna, which now carries the signal to the entire west zone, with the quality that our listener deserves. The 93FM stands out for its gospel programming, 24 hours, without leaving aside the commitment to social, information, the satisfaction of our listeners and advertisers. We are a transformative vehicle of ideals, opinions and we know the role we have of mass mobilization. That is why, over the course of 20 years, we have developed projects in all sectors of our production with the purpose of not only entertaining, but also educating, raising awareness and helping.
