This service is available at Mercantil en Línea Personas or by downloading the Tpago(3) application for smartphones and tablets.

(2) The beneficiary must sign up for the service at Mercantil en Línea Personas.
(3) Available for devices with Android operating system version 4.0.3 onwards.

• Sending mobile payments to a mobile immediately, to the affiliated account of the beneficiary's cell phone number.

Requirements
• Join the Tpago network at Mercantil en Línea Personas.
• Have an intelligent mobile device with Android operating system.
• Have active Internet service and data plan or WiFi network.
• Have a telephone code. If you have not created it or do not remember it, enter Mercantil en Línea Personas with the Change or Create Telephone Password option, as the case may be, located in the Additional Services – User and Password Management menu.
