Our New Years resolution was to continuously improve. This update contains background improvements to how the app runs and bug fixes that you may or may not notice. Resolution - lightly touched! Can't wait for what the rest of the year holds!

New: They say if you love something you have to let it go. You can now request to delete your account in the app. We don’t need to talk about that, though. Let’s just enjoy TeamSnapping for now. Shhh…. *forehead kiss* Oh did you change your mind? You can also cancel the request.

We smushed some ne'er-do-well bugs with our bare hands, rawr!!! Then we did a bit of tidying up around the app to get ready for the holidays. C'mon 2021, almost there!
Turns out the Live! scoring app ghosts we tried to paranormally investigate were just white text on a white background. SpooOOooky!
We've beefed up and vegan burgered our Assignments feature:
- Easily create assignments while adding a game or event.
- See more helpful suggested items, including a Temp Checker.
- View open and assigned items on the game app card and event details.
- Visual tweaks to make assignments more delicious.
This release also fixes the magic link for signing in, which turned out to be less "magic" and more "weird uncle who pretends to pull a quarter out of your ear."
- Now you’ll be taken to the most recent messages when you open a chat so your scrolling thumb can rest a little easier.
- You can now access NCSA (Next College Student Athlete) to create a recruiting profile. Remember us when you get to the big leagues!
- We squashed some bugs!

Health Check manager view has arrived!
- Team managers can now monitor the team's status and see who is eligible to play. Participants who fail the screening will be instructed to stay home.
- We also fixed a bug that was preventing links in event notes from fulfilling their destiny of allowing you to click on them.
- P.S. Can you tell the funny guy who normally writes release notes is out on sabbatical? We are trying.

Introducing: TeamSnap Health Check
- Your team can now complete a short health screening before every event or game, directly in TeamSnap.
- Cleared players are given a full screen status view to show upon arrival.
- We also remodeled our Schedule Detail and Assignments screens. Enjoy the shiplap and open floor plan with easy access to everything!
- NEW! Chat reactions. Laugh, praise or vote in a poll with just a tap. An emoji is worth 1,000 words (or 1,400 words Canadian).
- New! Chat muting. Now you can pause chat notifications for two hours, four hours, until tomorrow, or until you unmute if you just can’t take any more of Dale going on about that goal he scored.

- You can now set a topic for each group chat. For example: "Coordinating goalie practice" or "Let's all chip in to buy the coach a Ferrari."
- Members with an outdated version of the app can now be included in chats, but they will need to update their app to reply. And they might want to update their wardrobe while they're at it. I mean, that velour shirt, amirite?

- Fixed an issue with importing roster members. There was a missing checkbox. Our search-and-rescue team has located the checkbox and everything is back to normal.
HOT! Got unread chats? We've added badges to inside the app so you can see at a glance how many new messages you have. Never miss another important chat, like "Connor needs a ride to practice," or "The game has been canceled due to a caribou stampede."
Bug squashing and performance improvements.
- Filtering by “Past” on the schedule is back. We apologize for temporarily displacing team history.
- Team record is now visible on the More tab.
- Fixed an issue where some commissioners were unable to see the schedule and roster of their teams.
- We ran the De-Jankifier 3000 on the tab screen, which makes horizontal scrolling exactly 93.5571% less janky.
- A handful (more than a couple, less than a bunch) of small bug fixes and performance improvements
- Fixed an issue where some customers could not set availability on the upcoming schedule, leading to a general sense of FOMO.
- A few under-the-hood technical updates, like when your mechanic says they replaced the sprinkulator valve on your pfluffenborgen manifold and you just have to take their word for it.
- Fixes an issue with our game chat stream when viewing final games.
- Note: Support for Android Lollipop (5.0-5.1.1) will end before April, 2019. You will still be able to use TeamSnap after this date; however you will not be able to download any new versions of the app. Please upgrade your device to stay up-to-date on the latest versions of TeamSnap.
