KidiConnect allows you to keep in touch with your child, even from a distance!
VTech's KidiConnect allows you to communicate from your smartphone or tablet with VTech compatible Storio® tablets and with KidiCom MAX ™. All contacts in your child's friend list must be validated by the parents before the child can communicate with them. KidiConnect is thus ultra secure for your child!
NOTE: KidiConnect is dedicated to communication between a compatible Storio tablet or a KidiCom MAX and a smartphone. Smartphone users can not add other smartphone users if no compatible Storio user or KidiCom MAX is present in the contact group.
WHY USE KIDICONNECT?
. TO STAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR CHILD AT ANY TIME. KidiConnect uses an Internet connection to allow you to communicate with your child no matter where you are. Parents can also add family members and friends to the child's friend list.
. SECURE MESSAGING. All of the child's contacts must be approved by the parents before they can appear on the child's friend list. Users who have not been authorized can not contact the child directly.

USE KIDICONNECT
Parents:
One of the parents will receive a KidiConnect ID and password when registering the VTech toy on the Explor @ Park platform. This parent will be considered the child's KidiConnect account manager and will be able to manage the child's friend list. He will be able to:
. Send KidiConnect invitations to friends and family for their child
. Accept or decline requests to add friends that your child receives
The parent who manages the account is automatically added to the child's friend list. The other parent will need to sign up for KidiConnect, create a separate account, and request to be added to the child's friend list.
Other family members or friends:
You must obtain the parent's consent to be in direct contact with a child who is a KidiConnect user. Once you have created a KidiConnect account, give your KidiConnect ID to the child's parent to send you a request to add to the friends list.
