- Camera: Used for attached photos/videos required when reporting with photo taking and video recording permissions
[Optional access rights]
- Location: Used to provide a current location-based map service with permission to access the location of this device
(reporting is possible even when not allowed, but if not allowed, the reporting location may not be accurate and reporting may not be processed smoothly.)

[Caution]
1. The location selection function when reporting inconvenience confirms the location using 3G/4G, WiFi (wireless LAN), and GPS information. Errors may occur depending on the surrounding environment such as large buildings and indoors. GPS If the location is not installed or cannot be confirmed using a wireless network, the accuracy may be very low.
2. Seoul Smart inconvenience reports are received and processed only for facilities managed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government or delegated work.
