This is an app exclusively for public bicycles operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Bicycle-Ttareungi). It allows you to sign up for membership, purchase passes, rent, return, and check rental locations.
It was created to encourage the use of bicycles as a means of daily transportation, solve Seoul’s traffic congestion, air pollution, and high oil prices, and improve the quality of life of citizens and a healthy society.
Eligibility ｜ 13 years of age and older (membership is required for those 13 years of age and older)
Operating hours ｜ Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Fee ｜ 1-hour pass: 1-day pass 1,000 won / Seasonal pass 3,000 won for 1 week, 5,000 won for 1 month, 15,000 won for 6 months, 30,000 won for 1 year
2-hour pass: 2,000 won for 1 day / Seasonal pass 4,000 won for 1 week, 7,000 won for 1 month, 20,000 won for 6 months, 40,000 won for 1 year
01. Purchase a pass You
can purchase one on the ‘Seoul Bicycle website’ or the ‘Seoul Bicycle-Ttareungi’ app.
You can download and install the app from your smartphone app store.
02. Renting
- You can use Ddareungi by scanning the QR code.
03. Safe driving
Be sure to check the condition of the brakes, tires, and chain before driving.
For the safety of users when riding, wear safety equipment such as a helmet and obey traffic laws.
For the safe operation of Ddareungi, please refrain from using earphones.
04. Returning
You can return it to any Saul bike rental station in Seoul.
The return is processed when you lock the bike lock.

2. Storage space (required function for bicycle rental)
- Used for the purpose of checking app push transmission history
- Used for the purpose of reading data about the history after taking a QR scan.
※ Even if you reject the storage space setting, there is no problem using the app, but you cannot rent.
3. Phone
- Used for the purpose of checking app information.
