Sahih of al-Bukhari.
The present work has respected the chronological order of the original Arabic version of the Sahih of El Boukhârî. However, in view of the rearrangement of the text, in particular because of the suppression of some Hadiths very close to each other, which are reported several times by different authors, as well as Hadiths which are of less obvious interest, it seemed appropriate to make a slight modification of the conventional classification, for the reader's comprehension. Nevertheless, rare Hadiths (less than five percent of the whole) come back once or twice in the text. The explanation is that these Hadiths treat two or more different subjects and are thus found, for each of the subjects in the corresponding chapter. Other Hadiths present some thematic variations or additional information, which required their insertion in the text, despite their apparent analogy.
